Job Overview

A strategic role is available for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage equipment scheduling effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the efficient scheduling of broadcasting trucks and flypacks, ensuring optimal utilization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance competing priorities.
  • Analyze various solutions and communicate their availability clearly to stakeholders, identifying potential conflicts and offering suitable alternatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules to ensure all departments remain aligned and informed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure clear understanding of timelines and locations.
  • Support in-house engineering to understand technical limitations and factors to consider.
Key Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, escalating only when necessary.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing time-sensitive services dependent on equipment delivery.
  • At least 2 years' experience in broadcast television and logistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
