We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of chiller systems.
- Key Responsibilities: Perform periodical maintenance on existing customer chillers, including compressor overhauls, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Diagnose and resolve issues with existing chillers, identifying root causes and implementing effective countermeasures to minimize downtime.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance to customers on chiller maintenance and operation, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust in our services.
- New Equipment Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of new chillers, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Mult-year experience in chiller or heating/cooling plant engineering
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to explain technical issues to customers
- General knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
In order to excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of chiller systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You should also be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide them with high-quality support.
