Job Title: Refrigeration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. As a Refrigeration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and energy efficiency of chiller systems.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. You will work closely with our clients and facility managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with chiller systems, and provide expert advice on system improvements and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts.
  • Analyzing malfunctions in chiller systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical schematics to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Test and balance refrigerant levels in chiller systems, using gauges and other tools to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to maintain system efficiency.
  • Monitoring and adjusting building automation systems (BAS) for chiller operations, optimizing performance and energy use while ensuring comfort in the serviced environments.
  • Documenting all maintenance, repair, and installation activities, maintaining detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent to ensure accurate billing and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC or M&E industry.
  • Experience with HVAC system & components such as chillers.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
