Lead Chiller Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and servicing of chiller systems. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients.


As a Lead Chiller Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner. This includes developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and mentoring a team of service technicians.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and servicing activities for chiller systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of chiller systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with chillers, implementing effective repair solutions to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in chiller maintenance and service.
  • Strong understanding of chiller systems and components.
