In this role, you will manage a portfolio of research grants and schemes, collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) on project budgeting, and provide administrative support for events and initiatives by the research office.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have prior experience in higher education. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Forms, and Access, is essential for data submission, cleaning, and processing. Experience with finance and KPI reporting functions would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PIs on project budgeting, proposal submissions, award acceptance, account setup, research contracting, progress reporting, and project closure.
  • Manage a portfolio of research grants and schemes for the School of Humanities.
  • Provide administrative support for events and initiatives by the research office.
  • Support collection, cleaning, and presentation of data for audit or reporting purposes.
