We are seeking an experienced professional to define and execute our lending strategy across multiple countries, ensuring localized yet scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and own the end-to-end lending product strategy and roadmap across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Innovation and Adoption: Identify high-impact opportunities for new lending products and features.
  • Regional Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with senior leadership, country teams, and external partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on offerings.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with regional and local marketing, operations, and business development teams.

The must haves:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Lending expertise with extensive experience developing, launching, and scaling lending products.
  • Regional acumen with demonstrated success navigating diverse regulatory environments.
  • Leadership and influence with proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong blend of strategic thinking and data-driven approach.
  • Execution mindset with owner's mentality and track record of launching impactful products.
  • Education in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Agile proficiency with deep understanding and experience leading teams using agile methodologies.
