Product Management Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for consumer lending services within a super app environment.

You will own the full lifecycle of lending products, from eligibility and risk assessment to product innovation and performance optimisation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, design, and analytics to optimise the loan journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development across technology, design, and analytics.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 5 product managers.
  • Report to the VP of Lending and drive scaling and performance improvements across the lending product line.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in consumer lending product management within a fintech or digital platform (BNPL, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of digital lending journeys, risk scoring, and eligibility criteria.
  • Experience leading product teams with strong mentoring or management capabilities.
