  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Production Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical services business.


About the Role:

  • This role involves supporting the warehousing functions in our region, including secondary packaging units. You will interact with every part of our business, ensuring that our mission to deliver the right medicine, to the right patient, at the right time is achieved.


Responsibilities:

">
  1. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for ambient, cold chain, and ultra-freeze products.
  2. Comply with local requirements and regulations, ensuring that our warehouse operations meet the highest standards.
  3. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and ensuring accurate stock management.
  4. Safeguard warehouse operations through security procedures and protocols.
  5. Ensure all necessary checks are carried out and that medicinal products are authorized for sale.
  6. Support GMP and GDP activities for the team.
  7. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient work processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Warehousing and Distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Medical Device Industry.
  • A thorough working knowledge of GDP and GMP.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office and ERP.
  • Practical working knowledge of handling cold chain, frozen products, controlled/dangerous goods.
  • Current forklift license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and driven team player.
