Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator responsible for the cold chain logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be working closely with night shift drivers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to cold chain standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support night shift drivers with deliveries to outlets.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure cold chain standards are followed during loading and transport.
  • Act as main point of contact for drivers during night operations.
  • Record delivery status and incidents, and prepare summary reports for management.
Requirements:
  • Prior logistics or delivery coordination experience preferred (cold chain knowledge is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently during night shift.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting.
