**Job Title:** Environmental Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sustainability practices, energy efficiency, water conservation, and green building principles. They will be responsible for leading the full Green Mark certification process, managing project sustainability initiatives, and coordinating with design, M&E, and construction teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and training sessions on sustainable practices. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience in energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and thermal comfort simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with BCA and Green Mark consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
  • Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
  • Prepare Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
  • Track progress and submit periodic reports to senior management and relevant authorities.
  • Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability practices, energy efficiency, water conservation, and green building principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience in energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and thermal comfort simulations.
