Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of messaging systems, ensuring seamless SMS services. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing projects related to SMSC, collaborating with stakeholders to establish requirements for new services, and conducting technical and financial feasibility studies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technologies, including LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, and SIP protocols. Knowledge of mobile value-added services, such as mobile charging solutions and SMS, is an added advantage.

The role requires a degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IP Networking, Telecommunications, or IT) and basic financial knowledge related to project procurement, including CAPEX and OPEX. Understanding of legal contracts, procurement processes, and financial management of expenditures is also essential.
