Job Opportunity: Site Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Specialist to fill this challenging role.
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of site supervision experience and be registered as a Resident Technical Officer with the relevant authorities.
- A National Certificate on Construction Supervision from a recognized academy is also required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, including:
- Reviewing design details and method statements;
- Using sound judgment to resolve site issues during construction works;
- Being conversant with local building codes and regulations, authority requirements, and practices;
- Attending safety courses and demonstrating safety acumen;
- Demonstrating maturity and ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors;
- Having good communication and inter-personal skills and being able to work as a team player;
- Being diligent, methodical, meticulous, and willing to work overtime;
- Being a keen learner and supportive of digitalisation efforts in projects.
