Job Opportunity: Senior Site Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Operations Coordinator to oversee site operations and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and workers, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Report on project progress and site conditions to Project Manager.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on site.
  • Resolve site issues, delays, or discrepancies effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required.
  • Maintain proper site documentation, including progress reports and checklists.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or site work.
  • Experience of construction drawings and site coordination.
  • Able to work independently and supervise a team.
  • Mandarin and English speaking preferred (to communicate with China workers).
  • Construction SEC/SEC(K) or relevant technical skills.
  • Willing to work at project sites and handle physical work when necessary.
