Job Title: Site Operations Manager

This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional to manage site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to construction standards and specifications.

  • The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day site management, reporting to the Director, and leading and supervising site teams of up to 25 persons.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing site operations, including daily reporting, planning, scheduling of activities, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols and compliance with relevant authorities' requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders is essential for this role.
  • The Site Operations Manager will prepare and review site-related documents such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
  • Additionally, they will manage on-site technical matters, perform on-site measurements, reconcile them with drawings, and review, amend, and provide feedback on shop drawings.
  • Candidate must coordinate with Professional Engineers and government agencies.
  • Ensure all site staff attend Tool Box Meetings.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in LTA and PUB projects is preferred.
  • Candidate must have basic experience in dealing with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges effectively are essential.
  • Solid skills in work preparation, scheduling, and site supervision are required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently is necessary.
