Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Venture Lead / Architect to spearhead our venture building projects.

This is not just a consulting role; you will be immersed in the thick of it, defining strategies, building teams, and driving business models that go beyond slideware.

You will work closely with clients, guiding them through the entire process from early exploration to launch and scaling.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Venture Strategy
  • Define visions, set roadmaps, and architect business models
Lead Build Teams
  • Develop and launch digital ventures from 0 to 1
Validate Ideas
  • Dig into markets, test with users, iterate fast
Run Financials
  • Build financial models, assess viability, make the business case real

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a track record of leading ventures from strategy through launch (5-8+ years preferred).

A strong background in business design, financial modeling, and lean experimentation is essential.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, commercial fluency, and top-tier communication abilities.
