Senior Architect Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to take ownership of projects and deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia, with a strong portfolio and excellent working attitude. They will be able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment, with good communication skills and the ability to contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses.
  • Prepare design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods.
  • Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.
  • Understand how design aspects of a construction project influence performance and functional issues.

This role requires a talented individual who can showcase their expertise in Architecture Design, Construction Drawings, and Project Management. The successful candidate will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with building regulations (Singapore or Malaysia).
  • Strong Portfolio.
  • Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
