Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Control and Planning Manager to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and submitting project reports and presentations, updating working programmes and schedules, advising on critical path and project schedule matters and preparing impacted programmes as work sequence changes occur.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and submit project reports and presentations
  • Update working programmes and schedules
  • Advise on critical path and project schedule matters
  • Prepare impacted programmes as work sequence changes occur
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in Engineering with 5 years' experience preferably
  • Competent with Primavera P6 is a must
  • Experience with project planning, commercial case preparation
  • Able to independently manage full interior fit-out projects as key person in-charge and point of control to clients
  • Familiar with project costing and able to control costs and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Proficient in English and necessary documentation/administrative work (e.g. Professional email correspondence with clients and relevant consultants/parties)
  • Possess strong multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Possess drive and commitment to achieve targets under tight deadlines and pressure
  • High competency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel etc)
  • Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with proven track record in construction industry
