Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing operational support to our clinical departments, working closely with key stakeholders on matters related to project implementation and monitoring, process improvement, and justification for new services and funding.

Furthermore, you will assume a key role in ensuring good financial performance and smooth operations of the clinical departments by proactive tracking, monitoring, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in hospital operations. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate critical thinking skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

As a team player who can work independently, you will also need to be proficient in MS Office.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. They will also be able to demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills, process improvement skills, and teamwork skills.

Other desirable skills include cross-cultural communication skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
