Highly Available Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Resiliency expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our cloud-based systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Azure architecture, including infrastructure, Availability Zones, backup/recovery, and monitoring services.
- Foster a culture of resilience by promoting cloud-native patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) methods.
- Assess and design effective Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs) that align with operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business risk tolerances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business continuity plans, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep experience with HA and DR design in Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of Azure architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and SRE methods.
- Proven ability to assess and design effective MIRPs.
- Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
