Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Steel Fibre Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating equipment to draw steel wire and produce high-quality steel fibers.

  • Maximize efficiency by optimizing raw materials and consumables like wire rods, dies, and lubricants.
  • Prepare Manufacturing Procedure Specifications (MPS) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for different products.
  • Develop a Maintenance Plan for the facility.
  • Serve as a liaison with the sales team to align delivery requirements with production capacity.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Secondary 4 education or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery.
  • Knowledge of wire drawing consumables like dies and lubricants.
  • Experience working with steel wire drawing equipment and butt welding equipment is an asset.
