Account Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Servicing Specialist to join our team.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional account servicing by working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties such as legal representatives, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a diverse range of complex cases including bankruptcy/voluntary liquidation, injunction/discovery/garnishee order, bailors/maintenance enforcement order, unsound mind cases, lasting power of attorney (LPA) and revocation, and deceased handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Reads, interprets, and manages legal/court documents submitted by external parties such as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and law firms.

The Talent:

  • Strong foundational understanding of banking operations and account servicing.
  • Ability to interpret and manage legal and court documents, such as bankruptcy orders, injunctions, and lasting power of attorney (LPA).
  • Experience in handling complex customer cases involving legal or regulatory matters.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
