Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various financial tasks including assisting in day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining the billing system, and preparing financial statements.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting; Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply;
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting system;
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records, generate invoices, and account statements;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records;
  2. Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns;
  3. Assist in bank reconciliations;
  4. Generate financial statements and perform financial analysis;
