Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier clients by providing tailored advice on wealth management products based on their needs.
2. Promote and educate clients on using digital channels for banking, reducing the need for in-branch visits for simple tasks.
3. Work closely with other team members (investment, insurance, treasury) to provide clients with complete financial solutions.
4. Keep clients updated with market news and provide tailored advice on wealth management products based on their needs.
5. Offer financial planning services, ensuring advice matches clients' goals and risk profiles.
6. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to support their growth and ensure they receive excellent service.
7. Regularly engage with clients, assessing their needs and offering solutions to meet their financial goals.
8. Ensure compliance with all KYC/AML regulations and maintain the bank's high standards.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Wealth Management with a proven track record in managing Premier client portfolios. He or she should have strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also required, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the successful candidate will be motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment, with strong interpersonal skills, a resilient and collaborative attitude, and the legal right to work in Singapore.
