Job Title: Pantry Support SpecialistKey Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of pantry, utility areas, and meeting rooms.

  • Maintain operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of pantry and utility areas.

This includes:

  • Preparing beverages and snacks for meetings.
  • Setting up meeting rooms for events and conferences.
  • Ensuring kitchenware and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Conducting daily checks to ensure meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas are in order.
  • Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Officer in Charge.

Additionally, you will assist with VIP official functions such as lunches, tea receptions, and other events.

  • Setup and layout of event spaces.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Reinstate event spaces to their original layout after events.
  • Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Working location and hours:

  • Singapore Changi Airport.
  • Monday – Friday : 7.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
