Pantry Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of pantry, utility areas, and meeting rooms.
- Maintain operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of pantry and utility areas.
This includes:
- Preparing beverages and snacks for meetings.
- Setting up meeting rooms for events and conferences.
- Ensuring kitchenware and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
- Conducting daily checks to ensure meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas are in order.
- Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Officer in Charge.
Additionally, you will assist with VIP official functions such as lunches, tea receptions, and other events.
- Setup and layout of event spaces.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Reinstate event spaces to their original layout after events.
- Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Working location and hours:
- Singapore Changi Airport.
- Monday – Friday : 7.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
