
Pantry and Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Pantry and Facilities Assistant.
Job Description:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pantries, utility areas, and meeting rooms.
- Ensure operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of the pantry and utility areas.
- Setup beverage support and layout of rooms for meetings.
- Prepare and serve hot food and beverages for senior management or board's meetings.
- Rename and wash all utensils and kitchenware in meeting rooms, pantries, and collaboration areas.
- Conduct daily checks of state of all meeting rooms, pantries, and utility areas to ensure that aircon, lights, projects, furniture, clock, stationery, coffee machines, vending machines, printer, and other non-IT items are in order.
- Report any faulty or missing items to Officer in Charge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to carry out duties as required.
- Proper food and drinks handling procedures and cleanliness standards for maintaining pantries.
- Computer literacy to use simple excel to update inventory list.
- Good customer service.
- Physically fit to cover 2 levels in the office.
Benefits:
- $2500 monthly salary.
- Contract period: Jan 2025 to Jan 2026.

- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
