Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in product development and leadership roles in the B2B or B2C cocoa or chocolate industry.
  • Expertise in ingredient functionality and complex food systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with proficiency in English and other Asian languages an advantage.
