Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Strategy Development 1, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within our organization. This exciting opportunity involves developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven methodologies to gain deep insights into current and future market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate key findings to senior business leaders, build credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization as a genuine thought partner.
  • Collaborate closely with franchise leaders to support the strategy development process within PS.
  • Identify market, industry, customer trends and translate into actionable insights for Bio Processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, engineering or related field; an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (MBA, Masters or PhD) preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of working experience in strategy development, including 3-5 years in management consulting experience, ideally at a top-tier firm.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/life science sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Process Solutions market and business, along with superior analytical skills.
