Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support regional sales goals.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders across multiple seniority levels. A strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management is essential, along with the ability to analyze and use sales data and metrics to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on lead management and qualification. Prior experience as people manager is also required.
