Senior Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Data Annotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and labeling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within machine translation projects.

This role involves thoroughly checking content for sensitive data and applying appropriate labels to ensure compliance and data privacy standards are met. You will work within a defined workflow to enhance the accuracy and security of translated materials. The minimum commitment for this temporary role is 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and label all instances of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within machine-translated text.
  2. Apply predefined labels to identified PII segments using the provided annotation interface.
  3. Follow established project workflows and instructions diligently to ensure consistency and quality in annotation.
  4. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations and project-specific security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder & above with a strong background in data review, content moderation, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to follow documented instructions and adapt to new guidelines.
  • Proficient in using web-based tools and interfaces for data entry and annotation.
  • Native-level fluency in Vietnamese language.
