Job Overview

As a Distribution Review Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the fitness and propriety of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and conduct assessments under the Fit & Proper framework and the Replacement of Policy framework.
  • Manage Reference Checks, Surveys and Span of Control (SOC) processes.
  • Review these frameworks and processes to ensure they are current and up to date.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role in a financial institution or similar.
  • Preferably with experience in dealing with Distribution functions.
  • Basic knowledge of regulations and industry guidelines applicable to the insurance/financial industry such as Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and its subsidiary regulations, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board regulations, Life Insurance Association (LIA) guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance-related certifications (e.g. FLMI (LOMA), CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A & Health Insurance).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
