Skilled Facilities Technician

We are seeking a skilled facilities technician to join our team. As a facilities technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting faults related to mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, and building systems.
  • Attend to equipment breakdowns and user feedback promptly.
  • Support installation, repair, rectification, and replacement works for facilities and equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing tasks.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions for procuring supplies and parts.
  • Support inventory control of company assets, equipment, and tools.
  • Ensure all services and systems meet required quality standards and comply with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to commit evening/weekend duties.

Competency:

  • Crisis Management - Level 1.
  • Manage Installation, Repair, and Replacement Works for Facilities and Equipment - Level 2.
  • Perform Inventory Control of Company Assets, Equipment, and Tools - Level 2.
  • Manage Overall Maintenance and Distribution Facilities - Level 2.
  • Service Excellence - Level 2.
  • Workplace Safety and Health Performance Management - Level 2.
