Regional Energy Storage Director

You will lead the development and implementation of our overall energy storage strategy for Africa to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include leading product sales strategy, regularly reporting sales progress and market analysis reports to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.

You will establish and maintain key customers, expand market channels, and promote our brand through exhibitions and events.

Additionally, you will be responsible for regional project information collection, key project screening, reserving and following up, identifying project feasibility, and cooperating with solutions, products, delivery, and other output project solutions to reach cooperation agreements with customers.

Coordination of resources is essential to ensure timely delivery of projects, quality, quantity, and payment collection.

Leading a regional marketing team is also crucial, motivating team members to achieve personal and team goals.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major not limited.
  • Work experience:
    • a. More than 5 years working experience in energy storage industry, supporting the whole process of landing energy storage projects.
    • b. Familiar with new energy or energy storage industry customer resources, large storage project experience.
  • Expertise:
    • a. Understanding current energy storage market situation, trends, and scale, as well as industry policies and standards.
    • b. Basic principle, application, and development of energy storage technology.
    • c. Power systems and energy storage technology background, explaining technical and business solutions to customers.
  • Ability requirements:
    • a. Key account development and management, project sales and bidding operation, certain project management experience.
    • b. Careful and rigorous work, strong self-learning ability, multi-task collaborative processing ability.
    • c. Good communication skills, excellent demand understanding, logical analysis, and market analysis ability, insight ability, and business goal sense.
    • d. Self-driven, strong pressure resistance, toughness, proficient in Office software, data analysis, and processing.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English and Swahili, conducting technical and business negotiations.
