**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development & Sales Strategy**
Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with Envision’s global objectives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across wind, solar, storage, and integrated energy solutions.
Lead tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes with customers and partners.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, IPPs, developers, government agencies, and financial institutions.
Act as the face of Envision in the region, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with government stakeholders.
- **Leadership & Team Management**
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with project development, legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- **Market Intelligence**
Monitor policy, regulatory, and competitive developments in the renewable energy sector.
Provide timely market insights to inform Envision’s product strategy and investment decisions.
- **Revenue & Growth Targets**
Deliver on annual sales targets and pipeline growth for the assigned region.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, with at least 5 years in the renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale energy projects (wind, solar, or storage).
- Strong understanding of the regional energy market, policy frameworks, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in a matrix organization.
- High integrity, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in the region is an advantage.
