Guest Experience Associate
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Associate. This role is an integral part of our Guest Services Team, responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
About the Role
- You will welcome guests upon arrival and departure according to our high standards and procedures.
- Manage guests' luggage to their room for arrivals and departures.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, major city attractions, and events etc.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guests will be in person and by phone.
- Resolve guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Open to entry-level candidates.
- One (1) year of relevant experience within a luxury group is considered an asset.
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
- Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity and interest in the luxury market; Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences.

Schedule & Hours
This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
