Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts across the Asia and Middle East markets. This position requires delivering a best-in-class experience for both candidates and our client groups, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and diversity.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a growth environment.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting multiple countries and business units across the Asia and Middle East region.
  2. They will develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for open positions, including A&R, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Corporate Functions.
  3. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional candidate experiences and champion diversity and inclusion in everything they do.
  4. They will build networks and relationships with top talent across the region, both in the music industry and beyond.
  5. Guiding, advising, and supporting client groups with all aspects of recruitment is also essential.
  6. The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to develop creative solutions to enhance the employer brand across Asia and Middle East.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expert knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, negotiating, and relationship management.
  • Proven experience in recruiting across multiple markets in Asia, including Greater China and South Korea, preferably within a creative, digital, or technology multinational organization.
  • A passion for music and entertainment and excitement to play your part in building high-performance teams that shape our industry.
  • Tuned in to popular culture, the music, entertainment, and tech business landscape as well as key trends and topics within the world of HR and recruitment.
  • ATS super user with a structured and methodical approach to recruitment.
  • A great communicator with a track record of building impactful relationships with people at all levels of an organization.
  • You take ownership to deliver for client groups and candidates, focused on making an impact and bringing energy that inspires and motivates those around you.
  • Fluent in English and ideally proficient in Mandarin or Korean.
