Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fragrance Innovator to join our dynamic fragrance house. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of new fragrances and refining existing formulas to meet project specifications and deadlines.

  • Develop innovative fragrance solutions that meet client needs and internal quality standards.
  • Sourcing and proposing new raw materials based on their technical performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams during customer visits to provide expert support.
  • Lend expertise to evaluation panels for new fragrances and raw materials.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality control issues.
  • Support perfumery training and development of other staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in the fragrance industry with expertise in fragrance innovation.
  • Experience in consumer fragrances including home care, personal care, and air care.
  • Ability to translate complex GCMS data into market-ready fragrance formulas.
  • Refined sense of smell for precise scent evaluation supported by a technical knowledge base.
  • Presentation abilities to articulate creative ideas and technical details clearly.
  • Experience in a dynamic fragrance development environment.
  • International exposure or experience operating within international markets is preferred.
