Environmental Microbiologist
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing environmental monitoring programs and laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise in microbiological testing and method verification will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive environmental monitoring programs and laboratory procedures.
- Perform environmental and material microbiological tests as required to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Test water samples to detect potential contaminants and monitor their presence.
- Lead test method verification of microbiological methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and detailed worksheets of all tests performed.
- Participate in audit preparation and respond to audit queries effectively.
- Support compliance-related matters and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
