Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced laboratory specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory analyses to support healthcare providers in evaluating patient conditions.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards by following established procedures and participating in routine quality assurance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to uphold test accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement by participating in internal audits, training programs, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Diploma in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in clinical laboratory operations within hospital or commercial settings.
- Proficient in basic computer skills with foundational knowledge of laboratory information systems.
- Familiarity with operating an HPLC instrument and mass spectrometry.
A competitive salary range of $2,400 to $3,500 per year.
