We are seeking an exceptional Admin and Operations Support Professional to be the backbone of our daily operations. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who can take ownership, grow with us, and scale.
Job Description:We are a rapidly growing business looking for our first Admin and Operations Assistant to manage our daily activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business documents, contracts, and records, handling emails, calls, and communications professionally, scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments, preparing reports, presentations, and forms, maintaining and updating client/candidate databases, assisting with social media posting, and coordinating with clients, candidates, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:- Manage and organize business documents, contracts, and records
- Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications professionally
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Prepare simple reports, presentations, and forms
- Maintain and update client/candidate databases
- Assist with social media posting and online listings
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and suppliers
- Support basic bookkeeping (invoices, expense tracking)
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Diploma / A-Level / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to multitask, follow through independently, and pay attention to detail
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a growing business
- Prior admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus
