Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the role of Financial Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track cash inflows and outflows across all accounts.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of the organization's financial position.
- Ensure adequate liquidity to meet short-term financial obligations.
- Prepare and update both short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
- Analyze historical financial data and trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Perform scenario analyses to assess financial performance under varying business conditions.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analyses comparing actual financial performance against forecasts and plans.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting financial performance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to collect data for financial analysis.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to optimize cash conversion cycles.
- Recommend strategies to improve working capital efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize payment and collection timelines.
- Support the execution of financial hedging strategies.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive automation and process improvements for financial reporting and forecasting.
- Implement tools and systems to improve visibility over financial movements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP systems.
