Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

">Job Description:

As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. This includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.

You will also be required to ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) in all reporting activities. This involves consolidating quarterly group accounts and addressing shareholder queries as needed.

Additionally, you will manage statutory audits and oversee the timely submission of financial statements and annual returns to the relevant authorities.

In this role, you will accurately compute corporate income tax and oversee its timely filing with the relevant authorities. You will also be responsible for overseeing GST compliance, including registration, quarterly submissions, and reconciliations.

One of your key responsibilities will be to advise management on tax planning, exemptions, and government incentives. You will also prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central software is an advantage.
