Senior Asset Manager

Drive asset performance and long-term value creation in a dynamic regional portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international developer as they expand their presence across Asia. As a Senior Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of income-generating properties to optimize yield, occupancy, and capital growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as NOI, occupancy rates, and ROA.
  • Craft and execute asset-level strategies including leasing plans, repositioning efforts, enhancement projects, and capex initiatives.
  • Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking to unlock hidden value.
  • Collaborate with leasing and property teams to ensure tenant satisfaction, retention, and healthy lease renewals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and risk compliance.
  • Support due diligence for new acquisitions and joint ventures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management across industrial, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with solid modeling experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
