Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished culinary professional to oversee the preparation and presentation of kebabs, Tandoor cooking, and other menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience with menu development, and the ability to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items to meet customer demand and preferences
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of kebabs, starters, hot plate breads, and chapatis
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality assurance
  • Lead and manage a team of assistant cooks to achieve seamless kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
