**Area Manager - Kebabs Faktory**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of restaurant managers to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and individual locations, communicating company policies, procedures, and expectations effectively. Ensure efficient inventory management, supply chain operations, and cost control measures are in place.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving results and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.
