Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in tendering, proposal development, and contract administration. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage civil infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and handover.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure-related project management, tendering, proposals, and contract administration.
  • Possess Professional Engineering (PE) License.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
