We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Tender Engineer to take on a challenging role in civil/infrastructure project management.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management, tendering, proposal, and contract development.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for quotations (RFQs), developing accurate cost estimates, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the tendering process.

The successful candidate will conduct technical evaluations of tender documents, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation plans, as well as participate in tender clarification meetings, negotiate with clients, and ensure smooth handover of awarded contracts to the project team.

Maintaining accurate records of all tendering activities, preparing reports, and updating relevant systems is also a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure-related project management, tendering, proposals, and contract development
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License
