About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at JURONG - CLEMENTI TOWN COUNCIL. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and rectify works.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Process payments and manage accounts in a transparent manner.
- Engage with residents to gather feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders.
- Assist grassroots leaders in organizing community activities.
- Attend house visits, grassroots meetings, and upgrading events.
- Respond to urgent cases referred by managers, grassroots leaders, and EMSU.
- Support daily operations and administer tasks as assigned.
- Liaise with residents regarding property-related matters and concerns.
- Oversee maintenance and repair works to ensure timely resolutions.
- Support administrative duties such as calling for quotations and issuing work orders.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications.
