Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

The primary role of a Customer Service Specialist is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This involves verifying operational quality of system equipment, assisting senior engineers as needed, and applying diagnostic techniques with guidance from senior engineers.

As a key member of the team, you will strive for Best Practices (BPs), utilize knowledge management systems, and adhere to all Intellectual Property (IP) guidelines.

Responsibilities also include assuming responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within your work area, assisting in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customer management, and complying with all safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities, understand how assigned duties relate to others in the team, and assume responsibility for full customer satisfaction ensuring excellent relations within assigned areas.

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities but requires effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to positively impact own team through the quality of services or information provided.
