The billing assistant plays a pivotal role in the coordination of accounts-related matters with the network office, encompassing fortnightly and monthly billing. This position necessitates exceptional communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships both locally and internationally.
About The Role:
The billing assistant will be responsible for collaborating with the network office on various accounts-related tasks, including but not limited to, managing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with the network office on accounts-related matters
- To cost supplier invoices and maintain accurate records
- To possess strong communication skills for effective customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing
- Billing experience in the airfreight and courier industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of the English language
