Operations Associate - Billing Team

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your skills in billing and data entry? Look no further

As an Operations Associate - Billing Team, you will be responsible for supporting the billing team in their day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, data entry, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
  • Review client accounts and billing histories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Correct billing errors and discrepancies promptly.


Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Input billing data into the company's accounting or billing system. Maintain detailed records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories. Ensure that client and payment information is up to date in the system.

Payment Processing:

Track and monitor client payments, ensuring timely collection. Follow up on overdue payments by contacting clients via phone, email, or letter. Apply payments to the correct accounts and resolve any payment issues.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes. Provide support to clients regarding billing and payment concerns. Assist clients with setting up payment plans or resolving issues related to their invoices.

Reporting:

Prepare and generate regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management. Assist in reconciling accounts receivable balances. Maintain accurate records to assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g. Excel, Word) is necessary.
